I'm naturally a brunette and am completely in love with ombre hair. I want a burgundy ombre. would this require bleaching? what would be needed for it tp look good?

If u are as dark as u are in ur picture still then, yes of course you will need to lighten it. unless u want it to be super subtle.

subtle is the idea. how much lightening?

I would lighten it at least a couple levels (at least a level 5 if u know what i mean). the great thing is that during the lightening stage your hair will show red on its own. once it gets to that stage, your good to go rinse.
