Under Eye Issues

I have crazy fine lines under my eyes and I feel like when I add makeup it looks worse. I've been told its from my allergies and my eyes puffing up, then de-puffing, etc. I'm a MAC lover but feel I look older when trying to correct with their products and the make up just sinks in, even with their line fillers. I have combination skin and use strivectin already. Help!
