whats the best lip balm that helps dry lips?

my favorite lip balm is a REAL lip balm meant for dry lips, like almost a medicine-like lip balm. when my lips are dry i dont need EOS ball thingys and i dont use a pretty colored lip balm. i want the real thing.
so the lip balm thats my go too, even when im just trying to keep my lips nice and soft and protected is Blistex Lip Mendex. its extremely smooth, easy to apply, and protects your lips. plus it works SO soon.
try this one out, i promise you wont be disappointed!
here is a picture of what it looks like as well. its only around $3 at any drug store.
