Depends on what you're going for. You can either try to repair your hair (I do the olive oil thing), or you can try to make it LOOK shiny with products.
Products I've used and liked:
1. John Frieda Luminous Color Glaze (glossing is a semi-permanent solution to your problem. Frederik Fekkai also makes one, but I haven't tried it)
2. Ojon Restorative Hair Serum
3. Color Couture Pequi Oil
4. John Frieda Flawless Finishing Cream
5. Citre Shine
6. Living Proof Prime Style Extender

First you have to figure out why your hair looks dull. It can either be because of product build up on your hair or because it is lacking hydration. If its product build up stop using heavy products for a while and buy a clarifying shampoo. If its lack of hydration buy hydrating products for your hair like serums, oil treatments, and leave in conditioner

How do you know if your hair is dull because of wearing too much products or lack of hydration?
