Spritzing a little bit of water on your brush and pat (not brush) it on. But eyelash glue works too :D and if you do get fall out, apply some loose translucent powder under your eyes that way it falls on to the powder and you can just brush it off after your done. Less mess

Try spraying some Mac Fix+ on your brush and pat on the glitter. Kindah like Monica K (:
