Is this something that has occured recently? If so it may be irritation from allergies, running the face and eye area, or something new you are using.

You can choose a primer that helps cancel redness, pretty sure NYX has one or for areas that aren't sensitive you can pick up a green concealer from any brand as red is used to cancel redness.
