Good day time moisturizer for combination skin.

I have the true definition of combination skin. My nose is an oil spill, and everywhere else is dry/normal. I really liked the Kate Sommerville Oil Free moisturizer but not enough to get again for $65. Any suggestions? I want something oil free and having SPF in it won't hurt either. Thanks! (Doesn't matter where it's from just want it under $30)

Recently for night time I've been using jojoba oil for mosturzing. I highly recommend looking into it. I myself have very oily skin. Also the clinique gel mosturizer is wonderful, also for a drug store brand garnier makes a gel based mosturize. I do not remember the exact names but they are quite popular.
