I have oily skin, and my forehead and chin are breaking out really bad and school starts in less than two weeks! I've tried everything (proactiv, cetaphil, neutragena, basically anything under the sun, I've tried). I have bad blackheads on my nose and chin and white heads on my chin. Does anyone have any tips for clearing them up or products that have worked for them?

Fresh soy face cleanser and a clarisonic brush has worked wonders for my skin.

Thank you!! I've seen about the clarisonic but I didn't know if it made a difference. Does it work on sensitive skin?

As long as you get the brush head for sensitive skin then the clarisonic would be fine. I have one similar and I love it. my skin has never been this soft. make sure you use it consistently though, I seem to get pimples as soon as I miss a couple of days

Have you tried in home methods like putting ice in a rag or cloth and putting it on your acne spots or tried putting tooth paste on them:) cheaper then a lot of methods :) good luck and I feel your pain, I had severe acne for years. you'll get through it. I had to go on birth control and get a medicated face wash for mine to go away. but I tried everything:) I would try simpler methods before taking crazy measures like I did:) good luck! and youre beautiful don't worry

For my oil skin I use which hazel toner, bloating papers and primer. I use tree tea oil diluted with water as a spot treatment, from my black heads I use the aztec clay mask.

The number one problem...and you stated it within your post...you've tried everything under the sun. Sounds like you never gave anything a chance to work because you were off trying something else. Skincare products don't magically transform your skin overnight and when you start jumping around like that you are doing more damage than good. Just keep your cleanser uber basic and just focus on a great spot treatment and a pore refining mask. I personally love the Aztec Indian Clay mask mixed with organic apple cider vinegar to pull out the blackheads/whiteheads. I use it about once a month but you can get away with using it once a week as an all over treatment or only using on the affected areas. Afterwards you just want to apply a non-active ingredient moisturizer to help calm down the skin and infuse moisture back into it because that mask pulls EVERYTHING out...even sucks it dry of moisture.

Please do not out toothpaste on your beautiful face. Or lemon or cinnamon..

I agree with Shelley. You need to give your skin the chance to adjust and swapping and changing too quickly could send it nuts. Stick to one thing and in the mean time invest in a good cover up product
