Kat Von D Lock-It Tattoo Foundation and powder are my go to at the moment, definitely full coverage sets very fast though so you have to work quickly (:

I agree the KVD line has great full coverage in liquid and powder forms - also dermablend has full coverage foundations in cream, liquid, and powder - other good full coverage liquid foundations are by Estée Lauder the double wear maximum cover line.
