Brown to blond, the red can look drab with a lighter brown, not the same undertone, unless you change your base color as well with a cool indertone, it all depends on your skintone

Brown to blonde. It'll require a lot less maintenance and could be cheaper. Red is very hard to maintain.

Brown to blonde! Just make sure that if you get it done, that's it's not a drastic ombré. They look ugly when someone has dark brown hair, and then suddenly goes to blonde. Make sure it blends, the picture is a perfect example :)

All of my friends that have done brown to blonde ombré got terrible frizzy and spilt ends...as long as you take care of the ends it will look great

#2 the brown to blonde. I think #1 is beautiful too but I imagine the up keep (to prevent fading) would be quite difficult too!
