Sorry to hear your experience was so poor. I managed to get one, Drive In, and tried it out yesterday. I was actually really impressed by it, it lasted 12 hours on me and only faded a bit on the inner lip and was fairly comfortable. I did have a bit of balm underneath, maybe that helps?

I agree. I bought a few and don't like them. Really disappointed. I did buy sundae and that is the one that I do like. The color is a little bright but I like the formula of that one

Yeah it does crack. That's why I mix my colourpop matte glosses with my matte lipsticks from Mac or NYX. And the cracking doesn't show.
