I've been dying my hair blonde and the rest of my hair is coming out so nice EXCEPT this one spot. Its literally a yellow spot, with an orange band and I don't know what to do to fix it. I've stuck toner in my hair and its done nothing. Someone please help ):

Oh my hair is fine honestly its just frizzy but I've tried toning it already and it wouldnt come out. I want to make the yellow darker and match with the rest of my hair.

Maybe try a hot oil mask.

If your hair does not tone then it's probably not light enough and you should bleach again and then you can dye it again if you like
