I have very pale skin and hazel eyes, my natural hair color is brown. I've dyed my hair several times and several different colors but never blonde. iyo should I try it??

You are stunning this way but you can defineatly dare to dye it blonde. You can use one of these apps where you try on different colours.

Yes definitely maybe a medium brown and some gold highlights would definitely make your eyecolor pop you have beautiful eyes.

Bleach can really fryer hair trust me lol I had my hair silver and white... Especially if you want to go very light since you have dark hair. I was coming from a dirty blonde to a whites it left my hair very dry and weak thank God I didn't have to cut it my hairs is a couple inches away from my lower back

My natural hair color is caramel and as much as I like it I get kind of bored of it and have to change something up once in a while (: I know how damaging bleach is because I've once gone ashy pink *NO RAGRETS* but my biggest fear is either the blonde not suiting me or it turning it yellow ew haha.

I think you should get a hairstyle like the first one Erika posted. Your pale skin, dark eyes and brows look awesome with dark hair. Couple highlights and subtle transition to a lighter brown at the bottom would look good.
