I personally love mine. I've had it for 5 years and it still works just as good as it did brand new. It's lasted me a looooong time.

They do last a long time. I've had mine for a few years and it still works great. Just be sure to clean out any product buildup to extend how long it'll last.

I've had two and to me they were I have very thick coarse hair and it got mines bone straight and I didn't experience much heat damage at all

I've had mine for 8 years and it's still the best straightener I've had. The chi air isn't as great thought but I know it's cheaper
