Which pro longwear foundation?
The one with the pump or the newer "nourishing 'waterproof'" one?
I had oily skin and wouldn't use primer usually just cause they're mostly silicone and that's just adding a layer of oil basically. Silicones don't seem to classify as oil but they're always in "oil-free" foundations maybe cause they're thinner than a lot of oils? Not exactly sure.
It's hard to find a primer that isn't loaded with them lol.
I've used the pro longwear foundation with the pump.
Gives light to medium coverage, feels kind of thick but I did stay fairly matte an lasted a good amount of time.
It wasn't transfer resistant to me. I didn't like it cause it kept creasing around my smile lines.
If you're asking about the newer one, I haven't tried it but I heard a decent amount of people like it and it actually did sort of repel sweat that was falling down from their like forehead and such

I use the prolong wear foundation and I like it. It's not transfer resistant though, no foundation is that I have tried anyway. I wear glasses and foundation transfers onto them regardless of using a primer or powder. However out of the foundations I've tried prolong wear and estee lauder double wear transfer the least. It also keeps my oils at bay for a few hours before I need to blot. I think it's worth it.
