Sometimes I hold one eyelid down (the one I'm applying eyeliner to) like I'm winking and have the other eye open looking in the mirror so I can see what I'm doing ;)

I find that using a felt tip eyeliner pen is the easiest for me because it gives you so much control, regular liquid liner is just too easy to mess up with for me.

Apply it in steps! Best advice I've ever gotten for this.

Sometimes for a dramatic winged eyeliner look I use tape to guide me.

Do it in steps and it helps If you kind of pull at the corner a little because then it's more of a straight line you're drawing then stop at the corner and let go and do the wing , it helps me a lot

Place your elbow on a flat surface so that you have more control look down in to a mirror and apply it in small strokes. Really helps😘
