it's ALL mattes and neutrals.
there is three quads, cool, warm and neutral.
and it is SUPER pigmented, you basically described it haha.

I would honestly just get this palette.
I know some people will recommend the tarte palette but this is better, at least in my opinion.

I agree that the shade and light palette is gorgeous!
If you want something with a bit more versatility I just got IT cosmetics Naturally Pretty palette! It's all matte shadows but it comes with a "transforming pearl" shadow that you can put on top of the matte shadows to give them a shimmery pearl shine! I think that's pretty cool!

I love my Naked Basics 2. It has 6 wearable shades for everyday use but like the other girls said, I have heard that the Kat Von D light and shade palette is really nice.
