Foundation for dry skin?

I have dry and sometimes my skin gets flakey. I use the Covergirl 3 in 1 foundation right now but I need a better one, any reccomendations?

Almay smart shade skin tone matching makeup has worked for me and make sure to put a serum or good moisturizer before putting on foundation.👄💅🏼
