Help With Fake Tan Please?!

Hi, I tried to write before but it didnt go up so forgive me if it comes up again. Just wanted to know if anyone else suffers from the same problem I do and knows any tips that could help?!

I suffer from mild eczema on my arms and have a tendency to get dry patches of skin. I moisturise with a good moisturiser twice a day at least. Before I put fake tan on I make sure I exfoliate my skin well. Day 1 after I have put my fake tan on it looks amazing but by the second day my arms have white patches all over them where the fake tan has 'rubbed off'. I make sure I moisturise LOADS when I have fake tan on and I have tried all diff types of fake tan and it happens with all of them. Is there anything I can do to help or am I just destined to be pale? :( thanks guys! :) xxxx
