I really love number 1! Since the neckline seems slightly embellished, I'd do a simple drop necklace and earrings and maybe a simple bracelet. Hair I think maybe something like this:

I really love the second one! ☺️ I think you could either do loose waves or have straight hair, either would look nice. & having some small accessories (small necklace, ring, and a bracelet) would really complete the look 😊 have fun!
