Ombrés usually involve lightening your hair which requires bleach, which can be pretty damaging on your hair but it should be okay as long as your take care of your hair I.e using a good shampoo and conditioner, preferably for lightened hair and get the ends cut off now and again and professional hair colour is less damaging than box dyes so maybe consult your hairdresser as well!
