Going to a Halloween party tonight so here's my COMPLETE modern 20's flapper look! This post is going to be pretty long so bear with me!

Face:
-NYX Photo Loving Primer
-MAC Strobe Cream
-Kat Von D Lock It Tattoo Foundation in Light 48
-MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in NW20
-Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette (Lyric, Lucid, and Sombre)
-MAC Mineralize Blush in Warm Soul
-NYX Illuminator in Ritualistic

Brows:
-IT Cosmetics Brow Power
-Chella Defining Brow Gel

Eyes:
-Lorac Behind The Scenes Eye Primer
-Lorac Pro Palette 2 (Light Brown)
-Lorac Pro Metal Palette (Cobalt)
-NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk
-Urban Decay Ammo Palette (Shattered, Polyester Bride)
-Lord & Berry Line/Shade Eyeliner & Shadow Pencil in Dark Black
-Tarte Lights, Camera, Splashes

Lips:
-Kat Von D Studded Kiss Lipstick in Wolvesmouth

I applied my primer all over the face, focusing on the t-zone, with my hands followed by the strobe cream on the top of my cheekbones, down the nose, and the Cupid's bow with my fingers. I applied and blended my foundation with the RT Expert Face Brush. I applied my concealer under my eyes in a triangle, the center of the forehead, down the nose, the Cupid's bow, and the chin with the RT Deluxe Crease Brush and blended it all in with the RT Miracle Complexion Sponge. I set under my eyes with the shade Lyric and the rest of my concealer with Lucid. I contoured under my cheekbones, chin, and jawline with the RT Contour Brush and the sides of my nose with a MAC 217 using the shade Sombre. I applied my blush with the ELF Bronzing Brush and my highlighter on top of my cheekbones, down the nose, and the Cupid's bow with the RT Fan Brush.

I filled in my brows lightly with the pencil and set them with the brow gel.

I applied my eye primer from lash line to brow with my finger. I applied Light Brown through the crease with the ELF Blending Eye Brush. I applied Cobalt on the inner and outer corners of my eyes, leaving the center bare, with the ELF Eyeshadow Brush and connected both sides through the crease with the ELF Blending Eye Brush. I put the Jumbo Eye Pencil in the center that I left bare and applied Shattered on top of that with the brush that comes with the Ammo palette, blending where the two shadows meet. I then took Cobalt under the eye with the ELF Blending Eye Brush. I applied Polyester Bride to the brow bone and inner corner with the ELF Defining Ehe Brush. I applied my liner to my tight line and waterline and applied one coat of mascara to the bottom and loaded the mascara onto my top lashes (since I don't wear falsies) and combed out any clumps with the RT Lash/Brow Groomer.

I applied my lip color straight from the tube.

I did some quick and messy curls and ditched the headband that came with the costume because it was squeezing my head, lol.

Costume & Gloves: Party City
Shoes: Kohl's
Necklace: Forever 21

If you saw my "Little Shorts Help!" thread where I asked about shorts to put under this costume since its butt central when I bend over I'm happy to report that I found some really short activewear shorts from Forever 21 that fit perfectly under the costume!
