So I've had my eye on the Guerlain Lingerie de Peau foundation for a long time and I was wondering if any of had tried it and would recommend it
My other options are the Chanel perfection lumeire or Georgio Armani luminous silk
Ps I have oily and acne prone skin
And if you have any other high end/drugstore recommendations that would be great

I haven't tried any of those, but I can recommend Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Foundation as a drugstore foundation and Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation as a high end foundation. Both work amazing! The Maybelline one has a natural to dewy finish while Estee Lauder has a semi matte finish. I have sensitive/dry skin and both of these work phenomenally! :)

I agree with Estée Lauder double wear / I like the maximum cover in the blue tube for my sensitive oily/combo acne prone skin - I love that it's super full coverage for my acne scars - but if you prefer something more lighter then I like the MUFE mat velvet - it's more medium that can be built to full coverage.

Guerlain foundations are fragranced so if you have a sensitivity to that you might want to avoid it. The color selection is limited in my opinion. Coverage is on the light side so if you have any skin sins and you need something more you might not be too happy. Since this is a fusion foundation it contains a large amount of alcohol. I have oily/combo skin and it caused me to produce more oil.

I can't comment on Perfection Lumeire because they don't have a shade for my skintone but I have used Luminous Silk and while the initial finish was absolutely beautiful within four hours I looked like a disco ball on fleek!!lol My skin was an oily mess. If your skin is slightly oil you're ok but if your skin currently pumps out oil like a gas station you might want to either invest in a really good primer or take a pass. I can only use this formula in the dead of winter when my skin seems to produce less oil.

Check out Laura Mercier Flawless Fluide. I love it and it leaves such a beautiful finish...your skin but better and it's medium to full coverage. The formula is oily girl friendly as well.
