Hi girlies! So it is I my best friends birthday really soon and she loves to do nail stuff. I want to buy her good quality nail polish/ gel polish. She likes pinks and nude colors. I am on a limited budget ($10-$30) if you have any other suggestions for nail stuff please comment that as well! Thank!

Do you have an ulta beauty near you? Just the other day I saw a pretty decent nail stamper, not quite sure what they are called.. But you have the design, put polish over it, scrape it, and stamp it, then stamp it on your nail! I thought that was pretty cool. :)

You can get a you've light for gell manicures on amazon for like 20 dollars. My mom got a gell polish starter kit at Sally's Beauty Supply for around 12 dollars. It turned out they were both great purchases, so you could consider that.
