Gel eyeliner as lipstick URGET.

I have a concert to go to tonight and I want to wear black lipstick and as some of you may know its a lot of up keep so I found a way to use gel eyeliner as my lipstick and it's supposed to last and not smudge at all, can someone confirm it? If not, what are some ways I can sure it stays in place? thanks!!

I do that all the time. I just fill in my lips with the eyeliner and then I pat matte black eyeshadow over it :)

Just as long as it isn't blue or green which will irritate your lips
