I recomend a matte foundation but doesn't affect the dryness so I have dry skin and I can use the loreal 24 hour infallible pro matte and the maybelline matte+poreless are amazing my sister uses them and she has the same problem you do.

I'm also going to suggest that you use a super moisturizing face cream. Such as cetaphil or spectro gel. A good foundation is covergirl Aqua smoothers or loreal true match lumi.

Cetaphil is my holy grail moisturizer. I have very dry combination skin so I use Mac studio sculpt which keeps my skin hydrated but makes it very oily, so for a setting powder I use a matte powder and just pat it on so it doesn't dry my skin out :)
