Tiny little acne bumps?

So my skin is pretty clear of big red acne, my only problem is that I have these patches of super tiny almost microscopic bumps on my face. They are all over my nose, on the sides of my face, and now just recently are appearing all over my forehead. I don't know if they are pores or a kind of acne? But I have had them quite a while and I can't get them to go away! A while back I posted a post on how powder foundations make my forehead break out in tiny bumps, and you guys said it was because of the talc, but I haven't used powder foundation in a couple months due to that. And then my everyday stay matte powder had talc in it but I've used it for years! So I just need help knowing what all these little bumps are on my skin and how to get rid of them! Please help me! Thanks for the advice!

Also for skin care, I use dove bar soap and olive oil if that helps.

I have the same problem!! to avoid this I usually just exfoliate my face but not too gentile and then moisturize with an oil-free moisturizer like cetaphil lotion.
