I found this at the dollar tree. Does this product contain any ingredients to help lighten brown spots?

It's kinda hard for me to read it but those key ingredients...kojic acid and ascorbic glucoside need to be listed within the top 10 in the ingredients list. When it's comes to brown spots removal with topical products is solely dependent on how deep the brown spot goes within the dermis. My MIL tried everything to fade a spot she has and even went as far as getting a series of laser treatments and that sucker still lingers. It's lighter than what it was before laser treatment but it's still there. I have one that hasn't budged and I've done everything in my power to get rid of it but no dice and I'm not ready to do laser because of my skin tone so due to where it's located and if I'm feeling a lil humorous I just turn it into a beauty mark and make a perfectly round mole using liquid liner.
