If you want long lasting I'd just go with a paler base with makeup. as for the rest...I'm sure you also have makeup products to complete this look..Black pencil liner for the "scar", berry lipstick for the lips (Milani Black cherry is a good one and spot on to that color) and fake blood pretty much lol.

Also with a paler foundation/concealer;power etc, it'll look powdery against your skin if that's the look you want lol.
