I'm looking to try Mac Pro long wear foundation but I have an extremely oily t zone and nothing seems to work 100%, the best thing I've found so far is no.7 beautifully matte but still get some oily patches after a few hours. Would you recommend this foundation or do you have a better suggestion? I currently use boots mattifying lotion and sleek primer on my t-zone and use Rimmel matte powder as a setting powder.

I also have an oily tzone and I recently bought soap and glory one heck of a blot primer, it's by far the best primer I have found for keeping my tzone matte for longer. I recommend you check it out plus it's affordable. As for the mac prolong wear foundation (the original one not the nourishing waterproof one, I haven't tried that yet) its really good. It helps with oil control and has a nice finish, it's not a flat matte which I like. If your looking for a flat matte foundation with excellent oil control you should try soap and glory one heck of a blot foundation, it has an almost powdery matte finish and medium slightly buildable coverage with good longevity and is great for oil control.
