Today I attempt to recreate a Halloween look I did 3 years ago! Hopefully I've improved since then, lol.

Face:
-MAC Strobe Cream
-Kat Von D Lock It Tattoo Foundation in Light 48
-NYX HD Concealer in Light
-Kat Von D Shade + Light Palette
-MAC Mineralize Blush in Warm Soul
-NYX Illuminator in Ritualistic

Brows:
-IT Cosmetics Brow Power
-Chella Brow Gel

Eyes:
-Lorac Behind The Scenes Eye Primer
-Lorac Pro Matte Palette
-Avon Super Shock Gel Liner in Metallic Teal
-Tarte Lights Camera Splashes

Lips:
-Urban Decay Matte Revolution Lipstick in Blackmail

I applied the strobe cream on the top of my cheekbones, down the nose, and the Cupid's bow with my fingers. I applied and blended my foundation with the RT Expert Face Brush. I applied my concealer under my eyes in a triangle, chin, down the nose, Cupid's bow, and center of the forehead and blended it all in with the RT Miracle Complexion Sponge. I set under my eyes with the shade Lyric and the rest of my concealer with Lucid on the RT Setting Brush. I applied Shadowplay on my cheeks, forehead, and a little on the nose with the ELF Total Face Brush. I contoured my cheekbones, chin, and jawline with the RT Contour Brush and the sides of my nose with a MAC 217 with the shade Sombre and Subconscious. I applied my blush with the ELF Bronzing Brush and my highlighter to the top of my cheekbones, down the nose, and the Cupid's bow with the RT Fan Brush.

I filled in my brows lightly with the pencil and set them with the gel.

I applied my primer from lash line to brow with my finger. I applied Latte in my crease with the ELF Blending Eye Brush, Bare on my lid with the RT Base Shadow Brush, and Linen in my inner corner and under the brow with the ELF Defining Eye Brush. I used the Avon Eyeliner Brush to map out the angle of the "wing" then connected the top point to my inner corner, filling in all the empty space. I felt like this triangle like shape was better suited for the Mad Hatter than a regular winged liner. Using the same brush I applied the liner to my lower lash line and my waterline. I applied two coats of mascara on my top lashes and one coat on the bottom.

I applied my lipstick straight from the tube.

Alexis, do you have any close ups so we can get a better idea of the details?

Here's a photo of the eyes closed. That old picture is the only one I have of that look.

Bre, I'm recreating an old Halloween look, which was a female Mad Hatter costume that I bought from Hot Topic, three years ago. The first picture in the side by side is the look from 3 years ago and the second is today's (:

I love recreation post! Love that teal color on the eyes! Definitely a great improvement from the old picture, it also looks pretty cool with your hair color now. I think some crazy looking false eyelashes (maybe even in a wild color like orange or pink) would look great with this look. I wish I was brave enough to try a lip color that dark lol!

Thank you so much, Lisa! I don't wear falsies but I agree that crazy ones would look awesome! (:
