The eyebrows look to be a pomade which you can get from Anastasia Beverly hills dipbrow or nyx has a pomade that is cheaper, it looks like a very subtle brown smokey eye with deep red lips with a deep red/brown lip pencil. its a little difficult to list everything she used because I'm not sure who she is but I hope I helped a little bit.
