Okay, two questions. Do hot rollers do a large amount of damage to your hair, and how do you make your hair hold the curl longer? I've tried hairspray, but it's still doesn't help a whole bunch.

The are less damaging than using a curling iron but to really eliminate damage you should use a heat protectant or sleep in rollers Over night. If you use a heat method spray the hair while the hair is still in, let the curler completely cool before you take your hair out use the cool Burst on a blow dryer and go over each curl. Then hair spray them again. If you do your hair before the rest of your getting ready routine pin them to your head like a pin curl and don't take them down until you're ready to leave
