I have a job interview for my first ever job as a cashier at a party store tomorrow morning. My friend already works there and she said she wore jeans to the interview. I'm still a bit stuck! Any hair makeup and style tips?

Keep your hair out of your face and clean to look professional. As for makeup, go with someone that you would normally wear as you will be wearing it if you get the job. If it is super dark and in your face, maybe tone down so the interviewer will focus on your talents/words and not your liner. Most of all be comfortable!

Would I be able to get away wearing army green pants and a white chiffon top and black flats?

If it is comfortable yet classy (no cracks) then I would say go for it! The more confident the better!

As long as there are no holes or tears in the jeans or green pants I say definitely! For makeup, do it like you normally would but maybe no in your face products (Black smokey eyes, deep red lipstick, etc. Instead you could do a medium/light brown smokey eye, and a nude/pink lippie)
Just make it so they're able to actually talk to you and not get distracted. That's really all you want. And for hair, You can do a half up half down, a top bun, a braid, etc. Something simple (again not distracting) and allows the to see your face. You don't want to constantly be pushing your hair out of your eyes, but you don't necessarily need to slick it back into a tight ponytail or anything like that. :) I can give you some examples!
