What is a good way to put eyeliner on the bottom? I always have trouble trying it.

well everything I read tells you NOT to line the inner waterline of your eye for sanitary purposes an it makes the eye as smaller but I LOVE IT!! it makes it instantly dramatic, also for a more big eyes look, you could line the lash line and bring it half way in but eyeliner on top always looks gorgeous
