White powder name?

This may seem like a stupid question but some had put this white powder on my face along with a setting powder. Is there any difference with the setting powder? If it is different, can someone tell me a good brand name of what it is? I feel stupid but I'm just wondering. Thanks.

I got the elf hd powder and hated it...it made my peach fuzz so noticeable no matter how I put it on :/
