Okay so I'm really serious about losing weight before my prom, I've changed my eating to a healthy diet, but I can't afford the gym or gym equipment, I don't want to go outside because I live in a roughish area, and full of people I don't like, so I don't wanna go running or walking round here. I wanted to really try insanity the fitness programme, but I can't afford it, does anyone know of some really good free ones?

Go online! If you YouTube good workouts, there are a ton! I know the 30 day shred is on there I would start with that. I'm doing it right now and it's awesome!!

I don't know of any good free programs, but try working out with a friend that works out regularly! I work out with my boyfriend from time to time at home, and he likes to do one exercise for a full song (3 - 4 mins) and switch around. We usually do push ups, squats, arm circles, jump rope, and jogging in place.

Things like sit ups and using a skipping rope can really help if you can't find a fitness video. :-)

The 30day shred is fantastic and as someone else said its on YouTube, I was doing it off that until someone I know told me they had the DVD and I could borrow it. I've started the shred again and just increased my weights, and am already feeling it after only 1 day :)

I just downloaded this (I'm on Android, not 100% sure if its available on Apple but I would imagine it might be). It has a decent amount of workouts for free for different areas of the body. I haven't started using it myself yet but it looks like they are simple, quick workouts. Which is great for me because I hate working out so the quicker I can do it and get it over with the better lol.
