Hey guys! So lately I have been really intrigued by liquid lipsticks. I only own them from Anastasia Beverly Hills, but I am just about to place a big order for a ton of the ultra matte ones from colourpop. My question is if you guys recommend the colourpop liquid Lipsticks over the ABH ones, because I found those quite drying and chunky on the lips (which might be true for all brands, but just wondering what those of you thought who own both) Thanks guys!

Liquid lipsticks can be tricky. I find that each line has different tricks when applying. lip balm underneath is a must with colourpop (and any liquid lipsticks). I can't compare to abh though. I found that with colourpop some of the colors are inconsistent in formula. like Zipper is really streaky to apply and donut cracks like crazy. More better and Bad Habit are beautiful and apply and wear great. same as Tulle and Bumble.

I love all liquid matte lipsticks but I haven't found one that doesn't severely dry out my lips :/ I heard elf is really good but I haven't tried it!

I love my Colourpop liquid lipsticks, I have 5! Tulle, trap, midi, beeper and clueless. They dry to a very matte finish, so a lipbalm is needed under them. If I use a lipbalm, they don't stay on my lips as long and I have to reapply after eating.
I just tried a sample of theBalm's liquid lipstick in committed and I have to say...I like the formula better than Colourpop. It's matte, but it doesn't look crackly on my lips. I've also been eating and drinking all morning and the lipstick hasn't budged or transferred. Honestly, sometimes liquid lipstick looks amazing one day, and not so amazing the next! It all depends on your lips

I just got a liquid lipstick from The Balm and I absolutely love it. Like Kaitlin said, it doesn't budge. It looks beautiful on, but does dry matte. Color payoff is amazing. I highly recommend checking them out.

Check out Sephora collection cream stains. they are amaaaaazing. for $18 they last all day and you only need one coat for it to be perfect. they can be a bit drying like all liquid lipsticks but just apply a moisturizer underneath and you're good to go.
