Any tips how to make your nails grow kinda fast?

Hey Kennadi, make sure you're keeping your hands and cuticles nice and moisturized with a cuticle cream and hand lotion. Another thing you can do throughout the day is place your hands together as if you were going to make a heart with them and run your nails together really quickly. It sounds strange but it increases blood circulation which stimulates nail growth. xx
