Black eyeliner crisis

I've been looking for a good black eyeliner for weeks now, but all of the good ones I find are liquid. I use eyeliner for under my eye, so I can't use liquid. Do any of you guys have any recommendations?

I like macs gel eyeliner it works for your waterline as well if your trying to use it for your under eye. Very well pigmented :)
