UD x Gwen Stefani Price! Worth It?

So today I found out through some googling that the Urban Decay x Gwen Stefani palette is going to sell for $58.

I was really curious about this palette, the colors are right up my alley, but is $58 worth it for Urban Decay eyeshadows? That'll be the most I've ever spent on an eyeshadow palette (my most expensive being the Lorac Pro/Pro 2 which are $42).

I just don't know if I should continue looking into it or not, I don't want to spend so much money on something and then end up not liking it or using it!

I didn't like the colors that much because you can find them pretty much in any other palette. On the other hand, if you like them, I can tell you that thr quality is amazing. I have the orginal Naked and the pigmentation is great, super easy to blend and with a primer (any one you feel comfortable) last up to 16 hours.

I agree with Lara! I was kinda disappointed with the shades in the palette, it's not really unique. So for me it's not worth the $58. I do like urban decay shadows though. They are very pigmented and buttery.

If you like the colours and the pigmentation I'd go for it. You'd spend more buying single pans! I'd totally buy it but maybe because I'm a makeup artist! UD are very high quality eyeshadows!

I'm a little disappointed by the colour selection in this especially for being a Gwen item, I feel like you could find those shades in another palette pretty easily.

UD shadows are great. I'm passing since I own too many similar colors. If you can see yourself using it often, go for it. That blue shade is beautiful :)

The colors don't seem very unique, so it's up to you. However, I also know that you love the Lorac Pro palettes, and if I were you I would just spend one more dollar and get the Mega Pro 2.

Thanks, Gabby, but I'm not interested in the Mega Pros after the terrible distribution that happened with the first one, it's not something I feel I need to complete my Lorac Pro collection and I'd like to branch out to other eyeshadow brands other than Lorac (:

Apart from the bottom row and rightmost row, I kind of feel that all the other shades will appear similar on my medium olive skin tone! I am sure quality will be nice but UD always overprice their eyeshadow Palette. I personally don't think naked palettes are worth 52$ specially when I compare it against Lorac pros.

I loveeee UD but I'm kinda disappointed with color choices in this one. They look pretty and I'm sure its worth it but I already have most of those colors or something very similar in the gazillion other palettes I already have. I would suggest UD Vice, maybe the Smashbox Holiday (I don't own it but I've heard some pretty good things about it), Too Faced, or a KVD Palette.
