How do you sharpen the nars lipsticks that sephora gives as a birthday gift?

Use a lip pencil sharpener ( nars and urban decay have some amazing ones), if the lipstick is too soft then you can stick it in the freezer to let it harden for a few moments.

Thanks is there also a way to make it higher bec its down to the end and it doesn't twist is it supposed to?

They don't twist, you just sharpen them.

You have to get a jumbo sharpener because it won't fit into a little one. They don't twist
