What is the best black eyeliner ever? I'm looking for a dark eyeliner that doesn't separate or flake on the lid and also doesn't transfer to the top of the lid throughout the day. Only preference is not a eyeliner pencil. Liquid, potted etc.is fine.

Stila Stay All Day liquid eyeliner is AMAZING... let me tell you, I have oily eyelids like no other and this stuff seriously "stays ALL day" you can swim, sweat, cry...you name it this stuff will still stay. And to top it off it's a nice bold black.
