So I'm going to Costa Rica in January and I couldn't be more excited! However, I'm not sure what clothes and makeup and skincare items to bring. Btw its going to be hot down there during that time (: and pictures or links to ig would definitely help.

I don't know what type of skin you have but if you feel like it's pretty good (ie more or less blemish free) then I would really suggest only concealer for spot concealing what you want and, to make sure your face is even, a light dusting of powder foundation. I live in hawaii so I totally get what hot and humid weather can do to your makeup and that's what I usually do if I wear face makeup at all.

Bring moisturiser!! Really important when you are exposing your skin to the sun. And aloe vera based products are great as well.

The Body Ship carries an entire line of Aloe Vera based Products, it's the only thing that clear up my acne without being too harsh on my skin, I would definitely recommend their day time and night time lotions if you don't want to purchase the entire line. The Night lotion especially has a very cooling effect on skin that's been over-exposed to the sun.
