I would do something classic for my makeup like a cat eye and red lips with a strong contour and highlight. For the hair, just some waves or an updo :)

Either put your hair up or braid it to the side.
I think you should do relatively dark eyes, brownish blush and dark red lips, but the lips shouldn't stand out much.
PS I love that dress!!
