Definitely not sure about the hair.

For attire : Depends on what type of party it was , but alright.
Sort of really like the dress. Heh.

I'd wear the dress without the pants and I'd change the long cardigan to a crop cardigan or no cardigan, I'd also wear nude dressy flats or heels
