Personally I don't see how this is Kylie Jenner inspired, I find it to just be a natural/neutral eye look. A Kylie look to me is focused more on the lips with her signature lip color but if you wanted to translate that into an eye look then I would do the eyes much darker, like a brown smokey eye with lots of lashes (:

Very cute look but I also don't see how its like kylie jenner. maybe kendall? Kylie is known for having really heavy full face makeup with her signature overdrawn lips and false eyelashes.

I think it's too neutral to be a Kylie look but practice makes perfect you should try getting more of a bolder look & like Alexis said add lashes :)
