The eye makeup looks like a very light pink base and she just blended out red to almost a burgundy, maybe some really blended in orange on the outer V, and threw in a cat eye.

Thanks guys :D and yes definitely magic lol but agh I've never done a halo eye before blah lol I'll do a test run of it :) but I also found a tutorial on YouTube that is pretty similar to this look but ugh this look is so gorgeous omg
