My friend is an absolute angel and told me that she would buy me a mac lipstick for christmas as long as I tell her which one. But I have little to no experience with mac lipsticks. which ones would you recommend?

Viva Glam 1 if you want a red or Pink Plaid for a pink, both are matte and have amazing pigmentation and staying power (:

Blankety is my ALL TIME favorite lipstick that Mac has come out with. It is a pinkish nude color and has amazing pigment. I am obsessed with nude lipsticks and pink, so if you like anything like that I would definitely recommend that color.

Mac satin lipstick Retro it's so pretty. :) can't wait to receive the Mariah Carey all I want lipstick.
