Best Semi-Starter Brush Set?

So I want a nice brush set and right now I only have about 7 from random brands( a few Mac, Eco tools, smashbox and elf) so what do you guys recommend for a sort of a makeup newbie that is good for everyday use?

Costal Scents has a 22 piece brush set that I use every single day!
It's about $35 dollars, but it's a bang for your buck. Elf brushes are good, they have little 12 brush sets :)
